Terms of Service
These Terms govern your purchase and use of RECLAIMED (the “Book”) from RECLAIMED Press (“we”). By purchasing or downloading, you agree to them.
1. What you're buying
A digital copy of the Book in PDF format, delivered as a download link by email once your cryptocurrency payment is confirmed on-chain. The purchase price is $29 USD per copy (price may change for future buyers; your purchase is locked at the price you paid).
2. License
We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read the Book for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may keep a personal backup. You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the file or its contents.
- Post the PDF (in whole or in part) on any public website, file-sharing service, or social platform.
- Use the contents to train a machine-learning model.
- Remove or alter the copyright notice, author name, or watermarks.
We share download tokens generously to make re-downloading easy. We monitor token use for abuse and may revoke tokens that show evidence of sharing.
3. All sales are final
Because the Book is a digital product paid for in cryptocurrency, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Please review the FAQ, sample passages, and table of contents on the home page before purchasing so you know what you're buying.
If you genuinely never received your download link (for example, the email never arrived or got lost), contact us at daniel.hartwell@reclaimed.you with proof of payment and we'll re-issue the link.
4. Delivery
Your download link is emailed within minutes of your payment being confirmed on the blockchain. The link is valid for 7 days. If your link expires or you lose access, contact us and we'll regenerate one.
5. No professional advice
The Book discusses neuroscience and behavioral strategies for changing your relationship with pornography. It is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. If you are struggling with addiction, depression, suicidal ideation, or any other health condition, please consult a qualified professional.
6. Warranty disclaimer
The Book is provided “as is”. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific outcome. Your results depend on you.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the Book is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual property
The Book and all associated copy, design, and marketing material are © RECLAIMED Press, 2026. All rights reserved.
9. Changes
We may revise these Terms occasionally; the “Last updated” date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RECLAIMED Press is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
